Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 2 hours after placing an order. After 2 hours the order is confirmed and will ship out to you on your provided shipping address.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Earrings (hygienic reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item arrived damaged or was incorrect by our hand, the return shipment is on us.
